    Genesis Heating and Air was incredible to work with. The first thing to note was when we called just to get a repair quote, he literally refused to add any freon because he knew it would leak out in a matter of days and that it would be a waste of money. The owner was very fair in his estimate of the project and was extremely hard working. He accommodated some requests we made about the project as well. He was great at communicating timelines even though the City of Hanahan delayed the project, which was out of his control. The quality of work and care taken to put it in was above and beyond what we would expect from a normal HVAC company. I would recommend Genesis to anyone in need of repair or a new system. They are a local, professional, and extremely trustworthy company in the Charleston area. See more See less

    These guys are amazing! They came out the same day I called, diagnosed the problem in minutes, and had it repaired quickly. My AC has never worked this well. Excellent service from start to finish! See more See less
